What size projects do you typically undertake?

Most projects we consider fall within the £2–£5m Gross Development Value (GDV) range and are commonly residential, commercial or industrial conversions. 

What sort of properties do you develop?

Most projects will be light industrial, office or retail units. However, we are happy to look at land opportunities with or without planning permission

Do you fund projects yourself?

Our business model works on a combination of own funds and third-party funding. We also collaborate with partners and a small selection of private investors. 

Are you looking for new projects?

We’re always on the lookout for development opportunities, particularly vacant office, retail or light industrial premises. We will be happy to appraise any suitable opportunity that meets these criteria.

How long has Chez Living been around?

Chez Living is a new brand. However, across our team we have decades of collective experience in successfully delivering a range of commercial and residential projects.
