Cheryl is the founder and company director of Chez Living. She’s no stranger to property, having started her career in the social housing sector overseeing large scale commercial housing schemes for some of the largest housing associations in the UK.

With an MBA from Cranfield University, and a long-time property investor, Cheryl has used her significant experience to deliver transformation and change, improving bottom-line performance to multiple organisations.

An entrepreneur at heart, Cheryl ran her own IFA consultancy, advising clients on a range of investment strategies with great success. This led to the growth of her London based buy-to-let portfolio, where she has also undertaken a range of refurbishments including more complex renovations and extensions, adding significant value to her portfolio and net worth.

Led by her strategic vision and backed by an exceptional mix of skilled professionals, Cheryl’s focus today is to leverage her vast experience, and take Chez Living to long-term, sustainable success.

For Cheryl, launching Chez Living is a natural progression, coming at the perfect time to expand her business interests and take advantage of the ever-increasing number of empty commercial and industrial buildings across the South East.
